I also enjoy driving in the nude. I've found that keeping a shirt nearby is a good idea. If I keep my windows up, it is dificult to see that I'm not wearing anything but I will put the shirt over me whenever a big truck pulls up next to me at stoplights.
Night driving is usually the best for me because it is harder to see through my tinted windows.
