Quite a few Camps/Clubs/Resorts have events that include some body and/or face painting. So a person painted with a swimsuit would most likely be allowed in. But they probably wouldn't be allowed in the Pool or Hot Tub, until the paint is washed off (it's bad for the filters).
NOTE: Driving or riding in a car to the club would smudge the paint, and it wouldn't look as nice as the magazine photo shoot.
