zero help! (please read)

I happen to be an aspiring teen nudist in Ohio (or in other words not yet 18). I contacted two local organizations to find out information about how I could participate in an event with them. However neither of the email contacts even considered it worth their time to reply; not even a "thanks for your letter get stuffed". I also put a post on clothesfree.com some time ago, and the only replies I received were one complaining about punctuation, and my typing; and several others complaining about the first reply. This post is not about me finding out information for myself. But to show how no one currently seems to truly care about expanding nudeism, all most of you seem to care about is yourself and the older already established nudist families.

So I am going to see about starring up a nudist WebSite dealing entirely with the expansion of the nudist lifestyle through both politics and helping other aspiring teen nudists.

If you have any comments or advice then please tack on another post underneath, as I do not have a email address dedicated to this idea yet.

I see you have only posted here 7 times..
All i can say is if you are a nudist give it a chance it will work out..
Even if no one acknowledges it if your a nudist then your a nudist...

Hi Adder,

I'm sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time getting any useful replies to your inquiries. I'm afraid this one may be much the same.

I don't know of any club that will allow a minor to attend without an accompanying parent or guardian. That is not because teens are unwelcome, indeed most of us would like to see more teens become involved in healthy social nudism. The reason is because we live in a twisted perverse society that insists on believing the worst about nudism. Look at the furor happening over the AANR nudist summer camps.

Nearly every time someone tries to shut us down, or legislate our already limited rights away it is done in the name of protecting children.

Our only defense against these charges is that we provide a wholesome family atmosphere where youngsters are well supervised and accompanied by their parents. Just about any club could be shut down on a whim if just one parent was able to prove their teen was allowed to attend without their permission. No club is going to risk its existance, or its managers freedom by allowing unaccompanied teens. Not fair, not how a reasonable world should be. But that's life under oppression.

You haven't said whether your parents know about your interest in nudism or if they approve or accept it. Without them actually taking you to a club or campground your only opportunities are going to be secluded areas in the countryside. Private secluded nudism is possible, social nudism is a tough thing to arrange unless you find a bunch of like minded friends.

There are no officially recognized nude beaches in Ohio. Under Ohio law it is unlawful to recklessly expose your genitals under circumstances in which they are likely to be viewed by and affront others, not members of your household. (Apparently it is OK to affront members of your own family.) One presumes that if you are not 'reckless' then nudity is legal, even on public land. However to local authorities 'reckless' might include being in sight of the ranger hiding behind a bush in camo. Use good sense and discretion.

I'm willing to respond to any questions you have, but I can't guarantee any good answers.

Hello, I guess I missed you the first time around and it's unfortunate that you had a bad experience. If you read the Young Naturists section of this forum, you will find a number of others your age, and there seem to be a lot of Ohio people around too.

I would suggest a couple things:

1. Spend a while just participating in various conversations around here. Get to know some people (as much as is possible through a website) and just try to ignore the jerks. I think the moderators have been doing a much better job recently of keeping them away.

2. Don't put any email address in your public posts. As you are probably aware, there are lots of spammer programs that collect addresses from pages like this. Instead, you should make yourself familiar with the private message feature, invite others to private message you, and then send them your email address in a private message where bots can't get it.

I hope you give us a serious second chance and get involved in some of the conversations around here.

Creating a site for teen nudists??? I say go for it!!!! There seems to be soooooooo much talk about young people wanting to get together but no ones really interested in doing anything about it. We need more doers!!!! (by the way this is not a criticizm since I have done squat when it comes to talking to young ones like myself about nudism, Im just a busy boy.) You felt ignored!?!?! Dude I swear I am the ghost of INA and ive written over 50 posts. I say alot of stuff and while Im sure people read it, no one says anything very often. It's the nature of these kind of forums where tons of people are talking all the time. You need to think of yourself as the diamond in the rough, or maybe the cult classic that most people don't get, a few utterly despise, but some just love to hear what you have to say. Get used to it and the messages you do get will be super meaningful!

who ever we want, but face it, who loses in a nude world? the people who make those 200 dollar jeans. its all about money and some loud voiced
prude who's mad at the world for no apparent reason. when our voice as one raises about the bullhorn of one or two then shall we be heard. you will be 18 soon enough belive me. then prehaps
