So, I live in North Carolina and I live in a pretty rural part of the state. My house is in Lakeview NC.We have one neighbor, but they are pretty far away. The neighbors are great friends so I don't want to offend them if it were even possible for them to see me. I'm fifteen and I stay at home during the day if I don't have anything planned.My parents let me be nude because my sister is gone.When I wake up I do some work around the house and sometimes outside. Is this legal?I walk to the woods behind my field and hike in them or hang out in the tree house.Of course no one can see me when I'm in the tree house, but I can see the neighbor's roof. I'm not visible from thier house because I've looked when I was over there last.Sometimes I invite friends over and we hang out nude and hike and go to the tree house. Does anyone know if this is or isn't legal? Do you have some sites I could check it out on? Please help me

The site http://home.att.net/~saran/list.htm has a list of laws. I don't know how up-to-date it is, but it will give you a feel for how restrictive the law is. I think that if you are far enough away from houses or roads that you reasonably believe that no one can see you, then you are okay.
You can also search on the North Carolina General Assembly Page.
