I read your artical on women trying out nudism for the first time. I think you've done a good job of explaining all the different things to take into consideration. And thanks for the plug for us guys. It gets frustrating trying to explain our feelings sometimes.
I also think it's good for women(nudbies)to here it from another women. Great Idea, my only question is, how do you get this out to other women. Possibly you could put a small ad in the back of some women's magazines.
Jus a thought. Any way I've always enjoy hearing from you and keep up the good work.

Hi cyndiann.. I too look foreward to your posts. I have also visited your website (it is coming along nicely)
I am lucky to have a wife that enjoys being nude.She also is very supportive of my nudity. She has gone with me, and wants to go to more nude places and events. However she is very unhappy with her body. Having three children has taken a toll on her. She is not overweight, but has a lot of extra skin that just hangs. To put in her words "I dont want to see it why would anyone else" I wish that she would just come to terms with it, and realize that she will probably never have the body she did when she was 20.We have been married for almost 15 years and it breaks my heart to see her so unhappy with herself.... Any way to get back(sorry) I do not know if it is possible, but maybe there are people that you know that were unhappy with themslves, and mentally overcame it, and realized they were accepted for who they are instead of what they look like. Take their stories and incorporate them into that portion of your site, and that article.

Women who read your article are perhaps taking the first step towards embracing nudism and that in itself is an achievement but I think that the biggest single issue which prevents people from taking the plunge is summoning the courage to actually try it for the first time. Even those who are warm to the idea of social nudity are likely to find all sorts of excuses not to do it. So perhaps what is lacking in the article is some anectodal first-hand evidence that the first time will be ok. Perhaps a link or two to some "first time" stories would help.

You have included a paragraph about what to do if people encounter sexual activity. Important as this is (and very good advice) I felt the article placed undue emphasis on it especially as the paragraph starts "One important note..." and you go on to talk about losing nudist beaches because of it. Perhaps you could soften it a bit by suggesting that such behaviour is only occasionally encountered. Bear in mind also that the article is aimed at people who, with respect, may not be as assertive as you and I would guess that the most likely outcome of witnessing sexual behaviour on a first visit is that they'd never make a second visit.

Oh and one last thing. What about including a photo or two just to break the text up a bit?
