At Rik's suggestion, I dedicate this page to the diagnosis treatment and cure of the arthritis in his left hand.

Okay, I'll start. I have heard that if you capture a honeybee, put the business end on your point of pain, that the sting will bring hours of relief for an arthritis sufferer.

Rik, I am collecting a swarm of bees and I will soon be mailing them general delivery to the Manchester Post Office.

I don't have the money to send you the beehive, so get one ready on your own, and place my bees in it.

If anyone else has an arthritis remedy, feel free to chime in.

warm compresses help me to deal with the arthritis pain in my knees and back. I wish I could help you more and I also wish they had a cure.

Mom has arthritis and she swears by a Chinese remedy that is easily found in the United States: Tiger Balm

It is not a cure, but does a good job treating the symptoms.

Rik, you may have an Asian grocery in your community. They almost always have this product.

You are such a nice person for trying to help our buddy (I think) across the pond with his arthritic limbs or limb, but you must know that the normal honey bee isn't going to do the job. He needs one of those big giant Yellow Jackets. They're stinger is the only one long enough to reach through all the layers of skin. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

And Rik,
If you happen to accidentaly let it go while it is stinging you in your preffered treatment area, it will cure arthritis all over your body. Have you ever been stung by a Yellow Jacket? I have, and the pain was agonizing and ached for hours. Of course, I've heard that stomping one someone's foot will make them forget any other pain. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]
