The J sounds as a Y, the CH is somewhat guttural as in German (think of a k that doesn't quite close), and the accent is on the last syllable: yo-kha-NAN. It's the original Hebrew form of "John," and it means, "The Lord is gracious."
(No, I'm not Jewish, but I've studied Hebrew.)

I seem to recall hearing that name in a recent gathering, and that it was the previous incarnation of Rocky Mountain Naturists; but I'm too new to be sure of that.
