"Lurker" ?

"Lurker" ?

I just joined this forum and am considered a "Lurker". Can someone tell me why. As a member of AANR and an active nudist at our local nudist resort I take great offense to this classification...especially after just joining. Heck, I learned about this site while reading the AANR newsletter. How is this "fixed"...otherwise, I quite and will remove my info from this site.

  Thanks, I'm so new here I hadn't even noticed the "lurker" designation. Had I, I may have considered cancelling myself. The term "lurker" seem derogatory, apparently, by several people.
