If considering a tattoo or piercing, it should go without saying people are going to see these sooner or later, so prepare a "schpeel" about these BEFORE getting one! Maybe ask the piercer or tattooist for their take on any other customers' wisdom on why they were getting one? Perspectives.

We were at a resort in Tulum, Mx. The couple next to us had small gold rings only visible when they were sunning with their legs spread. The guy asked me if it was ok to wear his PA. I had no authority, so said, "sure". So, yes, at least some are removable. When I told my wife, I was going to get one, she said she'd lead me down the street by it. I haven't broached that subject again.

Please pardon me if this is a stupid question.

Is it possible to remove a PA for a few hours and then reinsert it?

I have to admit total ignorance about piercings. I have a strong aversion to the idea of getting any part of my body pierced. I don't like the idea of getting a tattoo either.

Sounds like everyone might have missed the whole reason about being a nudist. BODY ACCEPTANCE. and it's not sexual. But glad it worked out for you.

That's similar to what happened to me when I decided to become a nudist 19 years ago. The wife was getting ready to go to town with our Grandson when I let her know I decided to become a nudist. I stood up in the living room and dropped my shorts (the only thing I had on). There I was, fully naked in front of her and the Grandson. Of course she gasped and left. It's been a little rough over the years, off and on, but now she is accepting of my lack of clothing now, and our Grandson, he's 22 years old and yes, he has seen me many times, but I'll still cover in his presence, only I'm no longer in a hurry,
I'm glad things worked out for you. Hopefully the "shock" has subsided to where you can all enjoy an outing together with no issues. Great outcome.

Glad it worked out for you. So now you can go enjoy that resort without fear of them thinking less of you. I'm sure that they still love you just as much as before and if they are ok with it now, they will be more accepting as time passes. This is also a lesson on what pictures you decide to post. Have fun, but be prudent.

    Thanks for helping me.

I invited my mother and daughter to my place and as they entered i was on my couch in the buff and in line off sight. They both froze for a moment staring at my jewelry and then started asking questions.

I was freaking out as they were sitting right there staring and me answering them.

I asked my daughter about the "likes" on the other site and she said "i liked the jewelry and it looks great, i didnt like "that" stuff as it is too much". My mother said it looks funny, "it looks more like an alien than a penis".

Anyway it lasted for almost an hour and i had to stretch, tuck and pull so they could see and understand what it does.

Now i feel better and didnt even cover for dinner. They stared a few times but im sure they are ok now.

    Thanks a lot

Think of it this way. It may not be the case, but believe that she liked it because her dad was getting a life.

Nudeyooper you dont understand, my daughter saw me do "adult" things in those pics. Worst of all is she "liked" some.

    Im so embarrassed and confused.
If the pics were just nudity i would have been ok with it.

See, you were worried over nothing. I can understand your embarrassment, but you should not be. Surprised, maybe yes, but there is really nothing to be ashamed of, especially since your daughter, your little girl, is into the same thing that you are. I still see my 43 year old and mother of two as the toddler that enhanced our life.
So, go be naked together and enjoy your time. I know that if I found out that my daughter's family wanted to go to a nude beach, I would gladly join them. I love playing in the sand with my grandchildren and would rejoice at the fact there would be no swimming suit to fill with sand.

I went to my moms place and Started talking about the trip and it came out my daughter is on a site im a member off (adult site) And she has been following me for a long time, even liked some of my pics( so embarrassed as its of an very adult nature). I never took notice or i would have blocked her.
In any case i just left after hearing that and i want to hide in a hole forever.
    Thanks for the advice

From what you have said about your mom asking about the jewelry, I would say be proactive and show it to her before hand with the request that the subject not be brought up again by her. However, that does not mean others won't ask about it, but you don't have to answer. You don't give the age of yourself or daughter, but you are an adult and if your daughter is old enough to be sexually active, which I assume she is because you have been divorced for twelve years, she probably is and nobody should question the fact that you are too.

It's your choice, but I really wouldn't worry. Just be ready to answer any questions she may have. They may want to ask you questions beforehand about what to expect at a resort. That would be the time to explain your jewelry, along with proper etiquette practices, without actually showing them, unless they ask to see. If they go, they will undoubtedly see other jewelry on display which would be a good time to further explain why you chose to have them. Besides, giving them answers beforehand would be a great way to avoid public embarassment.

I will try, i know for a fact my mom wil be asking me about the jewelry. Maby i should just come out and show my mom my jewelry point blank, explain to her what either one does and tell her to ask anything but afterward she must not say anything infront of my daughter.
    What do you think
