They are offering a cash prize of $5,000.00 and the opportunity for your design to be built.

$5,000 isn't much of a prize now-a-days. Don't know bout designing one but could draw it up.

Yes I can design a house, I doubt it would win any prizes, but yes I can design a house. And I agree with Garry $5,000 does not seem like much of a prize.
