If you upload the video to YouTube, you can embed it in a forum post with the following format.
[ video = youtube; ######## ] https : // www . youtube . com / watch ?v= ######## [ / video ]
The YouTube alphanumeric video id should be substitute for ######## and all the spaces should be removed.
