During the summer when one can use the beaches, there are not very many INS events. In the winter, there are meetings at various pool facilities quite often.
On Saturdays, many people go to the Naturist section of Neve Midbar on the Dead Sea. This is the only official nude beach in Israel now.
On Friday mornings, many people go to a certain section of Gaash Beach, which is on the Med.Comment

Well we made it to Israel and had a wonderful time at Gaash Beach which is close to Netanya, north of Tel Aviv. We were there on a Friday, a couple days after war broke out but the only sign of it at this beach was the sight of helicopters flying back and forth.
The beach is very beautiful and reminded me of Black's Beach and San Onofre Beach as it is below a cliff. The beach is a great place to view the sunset and you definately need an umbrella as there is no natural shade and it got very hot. Access was quite simple and some people actually drove onto the beach as there is a road going down there. I recommend the beach to all, and thank the INS for scheduling an event there while I was in Israel.Comment
