A few years back I sailed around the Pacific and visited many of the island nations. It seems that attitudes towards nudity were proportional to the affect of the missionaries on their society. I am sorry to report to you that the Kingdom of Tonga was the most conservative country that I visited in regards to covering up. It is even illegal for a man to be topless in public! Though I noticed that in the boatyard some workers would take off their shirts in the heat of the day while doing really sweaty jobs.
While I am not aware of any official nude beaches in the Pacific, if you get off the beaten path there are many places with beautiful isolated beaches where no one would notice. In fact some on islands that I could get to with my boat, that you would have trouble getting to on public transportation, it was normal for women to be topless when hanging out in the family compound (group of wall-less huts) and I saw a girl who was a preteen, naked with a bucket of water washing herself. Its hard to be modest when you have no walls and doors! But not in Tonga! They now have walls and doors!
My guess is that in the tourist centers of French Polynesia, for example Tahiti and Bora Bora, that there may be some hotels that have nude beaches. At least that is where I think that you would be most likely to find them, where they are serving the European tourists. I would bet there that there are no official ones for the local population anywhere in the small Pacific island countries.
