Naturists are talking up the benefits of enjoying the great outdoors - without any clothes on.
Open days are being held at nudist clubs as part of gonatural Week.
The New Zealand Naturist Federation says there's no pressure to undress, and the events are just a chance to see what naturism is all about.
President Wendy Lowe says nudists find it helps shed stress, much the same as the feeling of taking your shoes and socks off at the end of a long day.
She says it also helps people feel good about themselves and their bodies

This is kind of being done via Nude 5Ks. After the run, you get to stay for the remainder of the day at the resort. There are lots of noobies who attend.
