Playa Santa Fe near Tulum, Mexico - is it a nude beach?

Hey there. I have read a lot of information about this beach and some sources say it's a nude beach, and others say it;s just a topless beach. I had the chance to visit it in October, but I saw no single nudist there - textile people only. I have not seen any evidence of any kind of nudism there.

Can anyone advice me of the true nature of this place?

I am considering the trip to Quintana Roo for the 2016 President day and would like to finally find out if this beach is worth another trying.
