question for all florida nudists

hello fellow nudist friends, shane gentry here from the nekkid monday band. i would like to know what radio stations in florida you listen to ,what format of music and theyre location. the reason im asking these questions is the nekkid monday band has been quite successful in florida as far as shows and cd sales. well over half the cd's sold have been in florida. i am shopping air play in your markets so you can hear nude music on the radio. i just need somewhere to start. so if you could be ever so kind as to answer those questions i would be extremely grateful.and in closing id like to say thank you sincerely to everyone that has purchased a cd and is patiently waiting for the full length cd to come out. were working day and night in the studio to put out a fantastic cd celebrating the nudist lifestyle ! you are all wonderful and i thank you sincerely shane gentry

Shane, I have a curiosity question...have you sent any demo cd's to college and campus radio stations? (Not just Florida, but anywhere). They are usually the first to welcome new and different types of music, and usually pride themselves in being more musically diverse than regular commercial stations. Many new bands you now hear on commercial stations got their start on campus stations. If you have, I wonder what the response has been for you.

Another great way for new bands to get their music exposed is (or was) MP3.com, but they are now undergoing major changes. You may want to keep checking their site to see if they return to providing free mp3 downloads.

thanks for the ideas tyco.. we have air play on 4 radio stations at the moment,one in detroit,ny nj, and of course my station in north carolina where i do the nekkid monday show. however were not selling cd's or booking gigs in those areas oddly enough but florida time and time again keeps coming up to the plate lol. plus with 90% of the material have a nudist message theres more chance of it going over in an area with a large nudist population. thank you very much for your thoughts ill definetly put those ideas in motion and it also sparked some new ideas i havent thought of..i appreciate your time..later shane

I listen to 99.7 WGNX outof Vero Beach. IT is a classic rock station. As for the college ideas, we have FIT in Melbourne and Brevard Community College in Cocoa. Also, Orlando hasa multitude of colleges including University of Cnentral Florida. They may be worth a shot.
