None that are legally recognized or where traditional use has been long established and officially tolerated. But ...
There are certainly many places which are private enough or remote enough to use. Just about any public land that is remote enough will do. Even better is private land that you have permission to be on.
Be aware of the law and your surroundings, be ready to cover up should clothed visitors enter the area.
Just across the Ohio/Michigan state line north of Toledo is the Erie State Game Area on the Woodtick Peninsula. Access is only by boat or a mile long beach hike by foot. From I-75 take exit 5 and follow Erie Road to the east as far as you can go. There will be a parking lot at the end next to the Consumer's Power plant. From the lot walk past the gate and down the trail to the beach, turn right and go about 1 mile until you are past the Consumer's Power property and on the Erie State Game Area land. Wear shoes or river sandals to protect your feet. There are about 2.5 miles of beach that are so remote and lightly used that you can spend much of your hiking time nude, and there are plenty of sheltered coves for privacy. In a few places you need to walk through very shallow water (from wet sand to a foot deep) to get from beach to beach. This is the only Lake Erie location where I've been nude.Aerial photo of Erie State Game Area
In Ohio itself, topfree sunbathing is legal for women (and men!), and the public indecency law is a bit more lenient in that nudity is only illegal if done "recklessly under circumstances in which it is likely to be viewed by and affront others".
Some reports of possible places on Lake Erie (unconfirmed):
East Harbor State Park on the Marblehead Peninsula northwest of Sandusky. at the very far south side, you've got to walk though about a half mile of woods to get there, but the path is well worn. This is the old part of the park that was shut down many years ago and is not maintained any longer. By the way I was told that its "not" ok to go nude there. But never saw anyone the whole time I was there that said to put the clothes back on. And the people I talked to said they've never been hassled by anyone as yet, and that this is the 2nd year of going nude there for them.
Magee Marsh (with a note on Sheldon's Marsh)
Recently I went on a little trip to check some public lands along Lake Erie between Port Clinton and Toledo to see if there were any little-used beaches that could be suitable for clothes-free use. It turned out that public access to much of this land is restricted, but I did find one site that can be used with a bit of discretion.
Magee Marsh is a state wildlife area bordering Lake Erie. Although access to much of it is restricted, a stretch of beach about 3/4 miles long is open to the public. This day there were fewer than a half dozen people on this beach, all at the end close to the parking area. I walked to the far end, just before signs that prohibited going further, where I stayed for about an hour. Nobody approached while I was there. Swimming is technically prohibited on this beach, so be as discreet about it as about being nude. Picnicking is also forbidden, but picnicking and restrooms are available at the adjacent Crane Creek State Park.
To get there, look for the entrance road to Crane Creek and Magee Marsh off Ohio 2, between the intersections with Ohio 19 and 590. Just after the second curve to the left on this road, before you enter the state park, park in the gravel area to the right and walk to the right (east) to the beach. This is not to my knowledge an established clothing optional site, just a little-used beach that one may be able to use nude.
On the way home I stopped to check on Sheldon's Marsh near Huron, OH. This state nature preserve has a mile-long, lightly used beach that has seen some discreet nude use. But I found that about 80% of the beach was declared a restricted area this year. A message on the bulletin board said that there have been activities in recent years that have been detrimental to plant and animal life on the beach. In other words, people have been trampling vegetation, which tends to be rather fragile on beaches and dunes, and leaving behind litter. Probably the biggest culprits were boaters who anchor right off the beach and wade ashore. There were too many boats around the part of the beach that is still open to consider getting nude. It's a shame to lose this site, but bad people spoiled it for the rest of us.

Edgewater State Park in Cleveland sees topfree & thong use, and there have been some reports of c/o use in remote areas.
I'm sure there are many other areas, particularly remote areas easily accessible only by boat.

Nudist Parks USA will rank all the nudist clubs and resorts by distance from any zip code or in any state you enter. Be aware that they list "all" sorts of clubs, including swinger oriented. Look for TNS or AANR affiliation.
