The web page of Show Me Acres near Stover Missouri, states that they are building a hotel, restaurant and pavilion on the property, which are to be completed soon.

This improved resort, plus the building of the new resort called Carabbean Breezes Resort near St. Louis Missouri is certainly welcome news.

"Completed soon" must be taken with a grain of salt. Maybe next summer, but maybe not all facilities at the same time. It's a 60x90 steel building, with nine motel rooms on the lower level, and a pavilion above them that's level with the pool deck. The pavilion level also has a 10ft. wide veranda along two sides, for 178ft. length of outside decking for umbrella tables, sunning space, & whatever. The existing pool deck is along the third (front) side and the fourth side is against the existing shop building.

The motel rooms' interiors have not yet begun to be finished and/or furnished; this will take quite some time. Hopefully, much progress will occur this winter. Closing is at the end of September. Come see it, it's impressive!
