Update On Maui, HI Little Beach

Weather was warm but cloudy and decided to go to Little Beach as our days are numbered - turned into a half decent day with a lot of clouds but some sunny breaks - glad we went and they say our next two days which are our last are too be sunny

Fuzzy, I don't know about you but it is very depressing to me when I have to board that plane for the trip home. I probably spent a total of 4 hours at LB when there in Sept. Sounds like you experienced days instead of hours. That is great. Did you get to see the drummers on Sunday evenings?

Unfortunately not. My wife has a bad knee and wanted her up and over lava flow before dark.

Hey Fuzzy.........I wanted to wish you a safe return flight and also thank you for your trip reports. Just hearing about that wonderful beach helped me feel warmer, especially with the nasty weather we've had.

Thanks Dee -Just about ready to leave for last day on Little Beach and its calling for great weather. We fly home tomorrow and understand it has been raining - hope all the snow is gone when we get home.

I can hardly wait to get to Hawaii. We are booked to be there from Jan.11 to Jan. 30. It will be nice to leave the snow in BC for the warm sand of Hawaii and Maui.

We have about 9 days on each of the islands. We have another couple coming with us that are also CO, so it should be nice.

We are not 5 star kind of people. We enjoy more of the natural kind of accomadations. We will be doing everything from gettting a yurt with our own hot tub to staying in a hostel. We are renting a car on each island also so that we can roam around and do some of the tourist type stuff.

The first couple of days are just nude time on the beach with the sun and water. We also have plans for a submarine ride to a helicopter ride. I just hope the next 5 weeks hurry up and go away.

I am so glad that others have enjoyed thier time there, makes us sure we have picked the right destination.

Wow, Hawaii in January, I am really jealous. We have visted all of the islands but Maui and Kauai are our favorites. Maui is the only island I have had any nude time. It is great that you have like minded people to share and enjoy paradise in the nude with. Have a great time and keep us posted on your trip.

Slaughterhouse beach is just north of Kapalua. If you do a search or look it up in a Maui guidebook, you'll be able to see directions. It's pretty easy to get there. I'll try and find a better description and post it soon.
