The following is a letter that was sent to DeAnza Springs residents. The letter was subsequently copied to a Blacks Beach Facebook group. DeAnza Springs will be a textile resort starting September 1.

Another one bites the dust... -
The thing I can't understand is why the owners think the resort would do better as a textile resort.
The resort offers a swimming pool and access to hiking trails on public land. The former is available at just about any RV park, and the latter is freely available to the general public.
If you want to wear clothes, you could go to an RV park in Palm Springs that has swimming pools, a golf course, and convenient access to restaurants and entertainment.
The only thing that DeAnza currently offers that is a distinct draw is that it is nudist.
