Videos where nudity has a theme

I have seen two videos so far, the Flaming Lips video - 'Watching The Planets'
and the Sigur Rós video - Gobbledigook, in which nudity has a major theme in the video. Has anyone seen any others?

Anyone remember the name of the movie that had Ali McGraw running naked away from the camera for quite a while?

I remember a movie called Come Together. Think it was a response to Deep Throat. Both of these, of course, were all about nudity but mainly nudity in sex, particularly female on male sex.
