That site is designed to make it easy to use the smileys without having to save them. Once you find the one you want, click on it and you will see some code at the bottom of the page that looks something like this:



just copy that into your post on this board and you will see the image:



The advantage is that you are using their server, not your computer (or INA's) to store the file.
