Hello all, I will be taking a trip to SD in a couple weeks. I was curious if anyone has recomendations for a nude beach to visit? Preferrably somewhere close since I will be in meetings during the day from 9-5. I will only have limited daylight in the eveings.

    Thanks in advance!

        champ,

Yes, Black's Beach is the closest nude beach to San Diego........it's about a 20 min drive north of downtown (depending on traffic).

Depending on what time you're done, at the end of the day, traffic may be pretty heavy and your commute to La Jolla, where Black's is, will be considerably longer, then you need to take into consideration the walk down to the beach and remaining sunlight.

Don't want to discourage you, just give you all the facts up front.

Hope you're able to partake for a couple of hours anyway.

La Jolla huh! That's might be better then. I am actaully staying at a hotel in La Jolla. I am staying at the Radisson there. And my training class is on Scripps Ranch Blvd. Which when I map doesn't appear to be close to downtown SD.

Thanks for all the input. I can't wait for some nice weather. Ohio is just now getting out of the 60's.

I used to work for Radisson and I have stayed at that Radisson.... You are very close to Blacks Beach, about 5-10 min.... Have fun!

Champ- just head to the Torrey Pines Glider Port off Gennesee and HWY 5 near UCSD and the Salk Institute and hike down the cliff!! Have a blast.
