  • Our camping trip

Last weekend I went with my new best friend, ramcreekman, to Ram Creek hot springs. After driving five hours from Calgary, we arrived to discover that the springs aren't so hot anymore. We decided to take the plunge into the shallow, dirty springs anyway, and then it began to rain. We didn't want to leave because we would have to endure the rain, naked, on the way out. So I spent a couple hours shivering and well, you wouldn't believe the shrinkage :O. Meanwhile, our only shoes got soaking wet from the rain.

We spent a few hours in our tent, barefoot, until we concocted a plan: we had a long drive in our rented car with the windows rolled down and the heater on max, to dry out our shoes. Now we don't have pictures of that long, rainy day but the next day we had a pleasant time. We had breakfast, chased our tent down when the wind blew it away, and took off our clothes when the air warmed up. We took down camp, went to church, and later had a nude walk around Quartz lake.

Great photos, guys, so thank you. Great for two reasons: firstly, the beautify of the surrounding countryside, and, secondly, the beauty of the human body.

            Hi Quertie,
Nothing (except maybe Atlantic Canada's coasts!) beats the scenery of our country's Rocky Mountains. Thanks for posting these shots from Alberta.
            cheers

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and generous selection of pics. Looks and sounds like a wonderful weekend.
Between your album and Mr. Bee's recent Gran Canaria album, I am so inspired - and so impatient - for my summer vacation to begin.
Thanks for lighting up a cloudy day with your well written account and great images.

Great Photos and really great smiles which convey the "joy of life".
Picture #5, where you are both close together with heads touching, reminds me of the unforgettable photo you showed us a couple years ago of you and your brother bonded very close together with your heads touching, when you were probably around six years old. That childhood picture depicted great brotherly love, and I, with five brothers, can relate to it.

I wish you many more happy trips. Thank you.

The shot by the bank with that glorious reflection of the trees, water, and sky....magnificent. How fortunate you were to be there in that moment, AND capture it on film in a reflective, natural pose, ,,,,,,,,A truly serene picture

Earnestly wish to have such a chance as you to enjoy such free living.

Thanks for the comments everyone. For a long time I could only be nude in my room ... now I get to go nude hiking with my best friend.

As we were walking along the bank, we passed two women maybe ten feet away through some brush. We said "hi" and they said "hi" without ever looking in our direction. I don't think they discovered our nudity (er, or was it just one woman? I can't remember :O)

Ah, a great picturesque area with an opportunity for freehiking, etc.
What more can a person ask for.

Great to see Qwertie's latest photographic adventure! Best one yet!

Incredible backdrop scenery; crystal clear photography (as usual); and, Qwertie's enviable film-star good looks and trim figure. That's not politically incorrect, by the way, more just a statement of the blindingly obvious!

Thanks to both Qwertie and Ramcreekman (whom I more readily identify with body-wise as an older guy) for this latest visual adventure.

Keep up the good work, guys.

P.S. The way you describe the brief encounter with the ladies it sounds as though they discreetly averted their gaze.

P.P.S. I note there's no snow around (being almost northern hemisphere summer) but congratulate you both in pursuing the naturist dream despite the chilling temperatures!

                              Cheers.
