I have been surfing the net, reading some nudist message board sites. Penis erection seems to be a major concern of many new male nudist.
What I find interesting is that I have yet to come across any female concerns regarding their natural body responses. For instance, when I jump into the pool at my friend's house, the water seems quiet chilly and sometimes downright cold. It takes me a bit to become adjusted to the water temperature. Of course, in the meantime, my skin reacts to it. A universal female response to cold temperature is seen with the breasts. My aerola become puckered, and the nipples then become more erect/pointed. I don't feel the need to cover up my breasts because my nipples are reacting to the temperature change. I have never noticed any women complaining about this as a problem (which really isn't, as far as I am concerned), or feeling the need to cover up. It's a natural response, just like your skin turning red if it is burned.
Now, you guys may say that the difference is that an erection is a sign of sexual arousal, and you are trying to be polite and not draw attention to yourselves. But, in all honesty, nipple erection in a women can also indicate sexual arousal. Nipple erection can draw attention to the breasts.
Point is, that these are just normal body responses, and unless someone is actively oggling someone else, acting in a lude manner through speech or behavior, I would say not to worry about it. It simply means that we are all humans and responsive to our environment.
I, personally, am happy that I can respond to my environment. If I couldn't. . . . well. . . . . .time for a funeral.
