Today's pic captures some of the fun of the Fremont Summer Solstice bike ride in Seattle. Some of the bikers got very creative. This year there were over 300 of us painted naked cyclists. It was a blast!

I have always wanted to go for an extended nude ride on my bicycle but I have never been in a situation where it would be OK. Sure sounds like you had fun.

The policeman is very well done. You could hardly tell he is nude.

I think that the parade is famous for having nude riders is what it's refering to. (it is worded poorly)

The Fremont District of Seattle exists in its own little world. Every year it goes nuts for the summer solstice. They have a big parade, of which the painted bikers aren't an official part- we always go just before the parade and lead the way. A lot of the people that go to the parade go just for the bikers. )

Now that looks like a good time. I think it's funny how whether its the Solstice Ride or Nude Bike Day there are always textiles in the crowd with camera's taking pictures of all the nude people. They won't join in, but will be happy to take pics and even make money off of them.

The ride looked like a great bit of fun and I wish I could have been there to join in. By the looks of the bikes, there are some serious riders in the group.

Maybe I'll try to organize a ride in the garage to see how it feels. Not so sure about the seat on the bike and my man parts. Do you think any guy got his testicles squeezed just wrong when he hit a bump. Ouch, but said with a little higher voice.

With summer here I'm hoping to get in a some more sun time at Boulder Res than last year. Hopefully I can find a few more to join and figure a way to find each other in the willows along the lakeside.

Hey Rebecca, if you ever find yourself on this side of the pond in the Colorado Mountians let us know. You'd be more than welcome to hang out with some of us at the lake.
