Joining a landed club is great, however, research it very well. What is the resident mgmt like? What is the membership demographic? Have they lost large qty of membership due to conflict in the recent past? We recently bought a one year prorated membership ($250)and then found out 50% of the membership had just left because of mgmt and board hassels. On our 2nd visit we were talked to for having bottled water in the hottub area. We visited another club near by to find very friendly people with an "enjoy it" attitude instead of nit-picking the F'ing rules. We love the nude recreation (only 1 yr so far)but would caution puting money down until they show you what's in in for you, Fun or harrassment. Enjoy!Comment
