Why i've always wanted to be a nudist

I just have always felt and belived that one should really be allowed to express themselves how ever they just might see fit with in some exceptions which still might just go way outside of what might really harm one but then being nude is not one of those indeed.

So why the heck not it can only help one over come fears and et all that one might have about ones self indeed so that is why i have laways really wanted to be a nusist among other reasons which i can discuss at a later date once I am comfortable being so which still just might take a litle time oh well let's get started alright.

Welcome to the forum.

I tried very hard to decipher what you were trying to say in your first post. I think that you intended to briefly introduce yourself, your attitudes toward nudity, and to express your desire to discuss things later, when you are more comfortable posting. You tried to do this in a relaxed conversational way.

The reason I and others are having trouble with your post is that you are probably putting so much attention into your ideas that you neglect basic rules of grammar and sentence structure. This gets in the way of your ability to clearly communicate your ideas. Try breaking up discrete ideas with a period or comma or two (and remember that nobody really cares if our posts aren't perfect).

I look forward to hearing more about what you have to say.

A lot of us have allways wanted to be nudists, some have allways been, others have only more recently taken that step and been naked in the presence of others. I remember being nude a bit when I was a kid , when my mother was out of the house, but it has taken 50 more years before I took the step and decided that I would be nude as often as possible.

Nudity has been a big part of my life for 5 or six years now BUT I am not sure that I am totally comfortable with it. With pleasure, I wear nothing at home on the farm all the weekend, each night after work and each morning before getting in the car for the office. I am totally relaxed on a nude beach with others, or skinnydipping with nude friends and relatives, or walking nude around the farm with nude friends or relatives.

I am still not totally comfortable when I am nude with others who are not nude. I think that it is very hard for our brains to reject the prudish upbringing we may have had.

It's a gradual process - the more one is nude the more comfortable we get.

OZJAMES Maybe it would help if you pictured how uncomfortable the clothed ones might feel in your presence. Maybe in time they might convince themselves to be naked around you so as not to be different. - Worth a try.

Yes Fuzzy , I am sure you are right. When we have visitors and its hot and we suggest a swim. Recently a relative and his wife were visiting, we knew he was totally relaxed skinnydipping but were not sure about her. We just stripped and went in. She followed nude but I could tell that she was a little uncomfortable, covering up as soon as she got out of the pool. If they had stayed longer with us I think she would have relaxed into the general nudity without and perhaps her embarrassment would have diminished.

PS I think I read that you are at Little Beach - Maui. That was where my wife and I first went nude on a public beach. It's a great spot. The beach seems to usually have a mixture of clothed and unclothed people all enjoying the sun. Thats a great way to gradually lose ones inhabitions and then take off the clothes.

OZJAMES - Yes you are right we are visiting Little Beach - just starting second week. It has been quite busy and I would comment that of the mixed sex couples I would estimate that about 80% are both nude with about 15 percent having one member nude and only about 5 per cent both clothed. Down at the "gay" end there are about 60 % both naked and the other 40% has one or both clothed.

There are a few locals at beginning of beach that are just there for the surfing but again more than half of them are naked.
