surpise encounter at a clothing optional beach

How would your children react to seeing their classmates at a clothing optional beach . when they were not expecting them to be there and didn't they were nudist and would it make a difference if their friends were nude or not .

How would you react if you saw your co worker or neighbour at the beach

Logically you would think that a chance meeting ANYONE you know would not make no difference, since obviously both share the same nudist interest.

Long ago I was immersed in a corporate culture, maintaining a certain decorum etc, a chance meeting as you have mentioned, might be upsetting or at the very least embarrassing, especially (as a male) if the chance meeting was with a female co worker. Its possible.. and preferable... if this might not be true, but I would suspect it is. Many choose not to share nudism with co workers.... unless the corporate culture has changed in the last 20 yrs??

Other than that... I think a change meeting would be welcomed!

I met two co workers, one at our nude beach and the other a our club. They both knew I was a nudist and that I frequented nude venues. Both of them, separately, visited these places but never told me that they visited those places. The one co worker I ran into at the club, took us over to his RV where his wife as sitting. She got up and shook our hand and as soon as the co worker mentioned that we'd worked together at the one fire house his wife was very familiar with and remembered who I was, she grabbed her wrap and put it on. After I explained that I wasn't working any longer and had retired, she took the wrap off. THAT didn't make any sense but ... who knows what her issue was.


The other co worker I met on the beach, we never really worked together because we were both Captains and on opposite shifts at different stations. We met him while on a walk at our nude beach. He said that he'd heard we visited that beach and wondered if we'd ever run into one another and it was fine.

We saw a woman my wife volunteered with at the local elementary school. They were both on PTA together and this woman was quite a prude but we saw her at our club and she saw us and avoided us. That was fine. We didn't care for her anyway but I think she was embarrassed that someone she knew had seen her there.

Other than that ... I/we welcome running into someone we know at any nude venue!

Ran into a new coworker once at lake Travis, Hippie Hollow. I was leaving the park for the day and he was just coming in. We were both nude as we passed each other but he did not recognize me so I kept walking. I missed a great chance as we discussed the encounter several months later. We were talking about some vacation plans and he said enough to make me comfortable mentioning the earlier non-encounter. Since then we have spent many times together at my home and at the lake.

So I now take the position that if I ever run into anyone I know, I will make initial contact to see how things will go.

That did happen to me both ways. Our second or third weekend at Cypress Cove a woman that worked in the same warehouse as me came up and said hello. Wasn’t a big deal. After just the few weekends being nude and everyone else nude It was totally normal. Other time was when I was repairing a computer system at a large company a woman I knew from the Cove came into the computer room. We spoke for awhile when others had left the area.

i would love to run into someone at the beach, i suspect there are people that i know from work or even casually that have gone to a nude beach. it would be great to meet more people my wife and i could go to the beach with.

Meeting someone I know at the beach has never happened to me, but I think it would be great. We certainly would have more to talk about.

I've experienced the opposite situation. While on a solar home tour, a lady told me that she knew me from somewhere but couldn't remember where. I didn't remember her at all. Later, my wife told me we had met her at a nudist park.

I did run into two co-workers at my local nudist club. During lunch time we would chat about the week-end activities. Once another co-worker overheard our conversation and asked about the place, so we told him and invited him and his wife the following Sunday. They had a good time and joined the very next week-end.

My wife and I once went to an RV dealership. I knew I had seen the salesman some place previously. It wasn't until after I left that I realized I had seen him at White Tail Resort. I could easily understand how a nudist might find employment in an RV dealership. It would likely give them an inside track with a lot of customers.

Yes, nude photos are allowed on Twitter. I have seen ndstgeek on there may times. The only problem with Twitter, you have to hope the moderators of the groups police their sites. A lot of porn slips through the cracks. At least this site, the moderators to an excellent job at policing and remove any unwanted posts, or links.
