All public beaches are likely treated the same in each state. If they close down the normal beaches in a particular area, the nude beaches are also likely closed. If open, the nude beaches are likely open.

A beach seems to be a very safe place to recreate. Put down your blanket and there’s no reason to get closer to anyone then several yards/meters.
