Are you able to walk out your back door naked or front door naked with out worrying about who sees you

You should add two other answers: Yes, but only after dark and Yes but have to be careful because I can be seen from the street.

I live on a corner with a driveway off the side street and my back door is open to the sightlines from that street. Even with my motion sensor light, I will venture out to put the trash to the street or get something to or from the car without getting dressed, but I've never done it in daylight.

I can kinda get away with it my my backyard. Neighbors can see if they are upstairs. Front yard, no chance

I've thought about that but I think I'd feel like I was in a fortress and not be able to see the mtns from my yard. Do you regret doing a fence that high?

I don't regret it all. I doubt I would have done it if I had a view of mountains from my back yard, but my view was my neighbor's unattractive backyard and a fast food restaurant 2 streets over.

I have walked out the front door (at night) clothes free at times, but the back yard, I walk around freely totally nude. The neighbors have all approved (going on 20 years) and I'm sure they have caught sight at times.

Front door, back door, all over the yard. We live at the dead end of a dead end road, so there is no traffic, and our driveway is 500 feet long, so it's pretty private

well, if you consider that my relics have not been a surprise to the neighbors for a long time, it makes no difference to me which doors they are.
