As if you actually new such a place existed.
According to The Kansas State eCollegian, http://www.kstatecollegian.com/stori...w_nudity.shtml
this small town has enacted an ordinance to specifically make illegal adult businesses, but the wording of it makes for interesting reading. From what I read of it on the site, it seems that erections are also illegal, even if they are covered. They also had to define a person as being alive, so thankfuklly, corpses do not count in this ordinance.
Here is the abriged ordinance according to the website:
"It shall be unlawfulfor any person to knowingly, intentionally or recklessly, appear in a state of nudity in a public place." Nudity is defined as "less than completely or opaquely covering and exposing to view: (1) Human male or female genitals; or (2) Any portion of the anal cleft or cleavage of the male or female buttocks..." Nudity also applies to female breasts and "human male genitals in a turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered." A person is defined as a live human 10 years or older. A public place is defined as "any location frequented by the public, or where the public is present or likely to be present..."
