I am sure that this will cause quite a still in my little town. Does anyone know the legality and constitutionality of Nudist clubs using a public facility?

For sake of space I am just posting the link:

HansM: After reading the article, seems to me, if the City Coucil approves the use of the city-owned pool for nude swims, then there isn't much "illegal" about it. In order for a city council to make an approval, the issue is brought up before the people for their input as well. It is the peoples choice, which then becomes the city councils decision, to either vote in favor of the citizens (for or against) of that town. If the council approves, then I don't see anything illegal about it. Keep in mind, when the discussion comes up before the people, there is usually an official from the law enforcement agency that will also have a chance for their input as well.
