This is how the prudes describe me!

I was at that lousy prude site against today *the yahoo one* just to see what idiotic things stu and rocket were cookin up and I got this response to one of my messages and personally think it describes one of them better, mostly rocket, than me


Ferrous Cranus is utterly impervious to reason, persuasion and new ideas, and when engaged in battle he will not yield an inch in his position regardless of its hopelessness. Though his thrusts are decisively repulsed, his arguments crushed in every detail and his defenses demolished beyond repair he will remount the same attack again and again with only the slightest variation in tactics. Sometimes out of pure frustration Philosopher will try to explain to him the failed logistics of his situation, or Therapist will attempt to penetrate the psychological origins of his obduracy, but, ever unfathomable, Ferrous Cranus cannot be moved.

Thanks for the website, Mike, I found the "flame warrior" concept fascinating. We can all see a bit of ourselves, and others, represented there.
Don't take it to heart, when your opponents choose to subject you to this kind of attack, it means they are feeling your presence.

MikeJB: Great web site. There are a few (past and present) that this could relate to. As Rex stated, "We can all see a bit of ourselves, and others, represented there." Some more severe than others, but after all, what are forums supposed to be like? Debating is one thing, but pure harassment is another. Rocket is a prime example of being on the severe side.

Firstly, if you don't like my prudes site then don't go there. It's not compulsory. To say how much you hate it you seem to spend an awful lot of time posting there - far more than I do and it's my site!!!

Secondly, as I'll tell anyone, there is never any justification in being rude or personal. Although I profoundly disagree with what you say I defend your right to say it and no matter how tempting, I have never described what you have said as "idiotic".

Stu: I tend to agree with you in that, if you don't like the site, then don't "participate" in it. It's like you in these forums, being a non-nudist and having your say about non-nudist views. You continuosly state your dis-pleasure of the sight of someone being nude in your presence. BUT, in your defense, you have never attacked anyone or degraded anyone here.

I have seen your site. I was a member for about two hours, but I decided to leave because of my nude picture in my profile. I did not want to disrupt the site. Well okay, maybe that statemen was a bit harsh but I think that people that go there like Rocket or Sandy as shes probably called there seems to act a bit harshly to my posts and seems to always be against everything I say and sometimes it just goes beyond disagrrement and i dunnot it just kinda agravated me. I dont hate your site, in fact I thinks its beneficial and educational for me and personally if I can get past all the crap that sandy tries to throw at me *that mock trial thing she did was just insulting* then the rest of it is ok and I have nothing against you at all Stu.

Yeah once again i think I confused you with rocket, im horrible with names and sometimes they all seem to mix together and I just confused you with her and sometimes she just seems to get to frustrated for her own good. i try to be honest and explain things and she just throws what I say out like crap sometimes and really I just think she oughta respect me more, I havent ever been overly rude to her nor acted like she was dumb and really just want the same from her. Nope, thats not me, I HATE CLOTHES and really unless the situation really dictates it and I mean its gotta be a life and death situation, you wouldnt catch me dead in clothes. I mean for practical reasons then yeah but it better be very practical. Anyways yeah thats not me and I dont wear a big cone on my head either, in fact I havent worn a hat in a long time. I just dont like alot of clothing and that sorta includes hats, unless its really sunny outside of course.

Hi Mike,
When you said we wouldn't catch you dead in clothes, it made me think about that other thread, movies about nudity.
I was imagining Marshall Mike of Website City, singlehandedly taking on Big Bad Stu and his sidekick, Calamity Rocket, and the other members of the Prude Gang.
If Marshall Mike went down fighting, [it's only a film, Mike, as soon as the director shouts "cut", you get up and go for a coffee], the grateful townsfolk would say, well, we can't bury him on Boot Hill, because he wasn't wearing boots, in fact he wasn't wearing anything, so we'll have to bury him on Nude Hill.
Then some-one has the bright idea of telling Big Bad Stu that if he doesn't mend his wicked ways, he'll finish up on Nude Hill, too, and Stu says, aaaarrrgh, anything but that, and surrenders.
Then they realise that Marshall Mike didn't really die, because Stu's bullet hit Mike's star of office, then they all live happily ever after.

I'm pleased that you are enjoying the Prudes site - you and Sandy are certainly engaging in some serious dialogue.

I know things sometimes get a bit heated between you and some of the words get intemperate at times. If you have any complaints - or if Sandy does - I will, of course, arbitrate. Otherwise, unless things actually get abusive, I'll leave you to it, chipping in my opinion occasionally. From what I have see, though, you are quite capable of holding your own and dishing it out!!

I will post a message to everyone, though, asking for moderation in language and mutual respect.

I honestly dont intend for them to and I want her to respect me as much as I wish to respect her and any insults ive given have been more to her choice of words more than herself or her intelligence, although some of the things she says would make her sound rather dumb but im sure she could say the same about me so I wont make any negative comments about her.

Thanks, I generally dont complain about such things though, I mean I know how she is and generally accept it although I think a few times she has said things that are a bit uncalled for and im sure I have too but I dont think our little debates should be a competition the way I think she sees them sometimes. I dont think that anyone is a winner or loser and we should all be friends there and just try to state our opinions and get along as well.

I try to answer her posts honestly and in the best way I know how, I know she finds them stupid and worthless sometimes, but its just my honest opinion and having no real legal or professional expertise and having a very limited knowledge of some things, thats all I can say for some things really, soemtimes she just says things to me that I cannot answer in a way that would not make me out to sound stupid or seem like I dont know what im saying.

I dont mean any insult to her, I just get into a heated debate sometimes and say things I really shouldnt but im just usually defending myself and my opinion that nudity is good and wholesome. I try to be as honest and open about it as possible.

Oh yes I am too and thats why id never vote for this site kicking you off unless you harmed the INA and its cause or stole from them or made some sort of uncalled for threat to someone or overly offended or harmed someone here. I dont fully understand the story but I think the nude person was supposed to be the hero and the clothed people the villains but really I dont see us and you guys to be in that context, thats just what the characters names happened to be, but from my perspective the nude person lived *nude* happily ever after. Sorry.
