It is sad when a woman needs to lift her breasts to feel happier. Perhaps if she spent some time engaging in social nudity, she wouldn't have the esteem issues associated with the body. My opinion is that gravity is a fact of life and as we get older certain body parts relocate over time. It is a natural part of life and should be cherished. Nature got it right the first time so don't mess with it.

And I am glad that I am practicing what I am preaching. My hairline has receded a bit over time while thinning out on the top. Yet, surgery or Rogaine is not an option for me. I love me for who I am and if others cant accept me, that is their problem.

Ladies, you are all worth more than how much or little your breasts sag. Stand up and be proud.

We use our pectoralis muscles for much more than posture...I can't see how the benifits would out weigh the side effects.
