  • Kids gone

My friends' son just got married and now both of his kids are our of the house. He posted on his calender starting the day after the wedding " First annual nude week" His daughter saw it and busted out laughing.
    My kind of thinking.
    Rick.

Our motto is, "The best time in life is when the kids are grown and gone and the dog dies." It's wonderful when no one and nothing requires you to come home until you're ready.

We just got trapped in an airport and couldn't get home until a day later than we had planned. At an earlier stage in our lives family and pet obligations (and work) would have made that a huge problem. As it was we just went to a hotel and enjoyed a relaxing evening.

That's essentially what happened after my son went to college! I think the wife is getting used to it now. LOLOLOLOLOL

That's what happen here when the youngest finally went off to college. We had 3 years of only school breaks and summer vacation. But then reality struck and my oldest came home to live for a bit. Glad that they always feel comfortable enough to come home but there is a certain amount of "freedom" lost, and I'm not just talking about the nudity.

I can appreciate the idea but I have never had a problem going nude in front of the kids. I think most of our non-nude society can relate better to the idea of being nude around the house once the kids are gone. It is funny in a way that there are a surprising number who will readily admit they enjoy being naked around the house just not willing to do it in front of anyone.

I have 25 year old daughter who moved back home recently. She knows I'm a nudist and spend my time off like that she has no problem with that, it's been like that since she was a little girl. What has changed is that once she hit puberty she lost the desire to be nude in front of anyone. No biggie for me, live and let live, nudist and non-nudist living side by side. When she came home from work last night she found me nude, as always, and my wife and her daughter sitting around in thier undies.

Our (original) family consisted of only my wife and myself and our three kids. Now we have a household of seven. Being a nudist 24/7 will not be a thing around here for some time to come, unless we can get everyone out of the house for a day (umm - summertime + water park + I buy = possible empty house)

the kids are currently 13, 11, and 9, and i am naked when they are home. They can join if they wish, but 99% of the time they are clothed (except after a shower and at night my one son sleeps naked). My wife is usually only wearing a long t-shirt. So I am clothed when friends are over and that is the only time...
