Today I; drove from Portland Oregon,where I'm attending a party for the weekend, to a beach on the Pacific coast of America. Hiked down about a mile on Aracadia Beach, Removed my clothes and sunned in 47 degree weather. But in the most warm sunlight. Hey I got 1/2 of an hour in. And never really felt too cold.

You didn't have to drive all the way to the ocean. There are two nude beaches just outside Portland, one west and one east.

You are very fortunate to have beaches where you can go nude. Here in VA there are no beaches for this. There are two resorts only, but I do know of two places where one can go in nature. One could be dangerous because police will arrest you but the other is somewhat open albeit lightly used.

Hopefully over time people will be more open and tolerant of this and there will be other places here. This is the bible belt, and everything is bad, simply everything is judged and is bad. Rules, rules and more rules.

One can only hope. I question whether it will happen anytime soon.

Here in Michigan, I cannot remember the last time the state voted a Republican for president. Yet, the state capital continues to be controlled by conservative Republicans. According, I do not see any movement towards at least topless beaches for women long lone any thing close to bottom less for either sex.

One state to the south (Ohio) they put Bush over the top last time. As I understand it, they do at least allow women topless at some beaches.
