am 25 weeks pregnant with first baby and very self con about going nude in front of others while pregnant i my self have not seen other pregnant nudest has any one else and should i stop no we went to nudest beach the other day i was only one pregnant and felt every one was looking has any one else gone nude while pregnant

There is nothing wrong with being nude and pregnant! I have limited experiance with resorts, but I did see a pregnant woman at Avalon the first time I went. She seemed to be shy about her condition too, but there is really no need. Pregnancy is a very natural state. Enjoy it while you can! As for the beaches I have been to, I have not seen anyone there who was clearly pregnant, but most of these beaches had a fairly difficult access.

As for everyone else, yes, you may get some more attention that normal. Personally I think that pregnant women have the "glow" that attracts the attention of others. So, even if people are staring at you (and no, they really should not stare!) they are not seeing you as hiddious, but as a beautiful and fasinating natural event. Maybe like a sun-set, the northern lights, or a humming bird drinking from a flower. Humans are fasinated by nature.

Do not stop going to the beach just because you're pregnant. Though you may not see many pregnant women now, I am sure this will change.

A good friend's wife was curious about our lifesytle and asked me if we had ever seen pregnant women at a resort or beach. I stated that my wife and I have but there weren't many. She was pregnant and thinking seriously about going to a nude beach but had the same concerns you are having.

Just go and continue to go. You being pregnant and nude at the beach is no different than any of the other body shapes you see.

We think seeing a pregnant women at a nude beach would be wonderful.

buninkate, allow me to pass along a little story....

Years ago my sister-in-law was pregnant (almost 8 months along in fact), the weather was finally warming up and she decided she wanted to go to the beach. Now granted, it was a textile beach, but I think the sentiment might relate. Anyway, the only bathing suits she owned were bikinis, and she was determined to go. So a group of us went with her and we all had a blast. At one point, one of her girl-friends asked her if she felt out of place being "that" pregnant at a public beach in a bikini... she simply replied "there's no reason to stop living and enjoying the things I like just because I'm pregnant". Her carefree attitude has stuck with me ever since, and while we used to kid her about it at family gatherings from time to time, she would just blow it off and wonder what the big deal was... [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img] It didn't take long for the rest of the family to conclude the same thing, it really wasn't a big deal at all.

The point behind this is that if it's something you really want to do, and it doesn't harm anyone else, then why not?

She actually relished the idea of getting a deep tan on her tummy, thinking it would help her soon-to-be daughter enjoy being in the sun. As it turns out, that very thing did happen (although it's not much of a stretch for teenage girls to want a nice tan), but she swears by it! [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

A few years back Demi Moore posed nude while pregnant in (I think) Cosmopolitan. What's the matter with being pregnant & nude? It's a glorious, natural thing! GO FOR IT!!

I have seen several women nude and pregnant. The majority of them seemed very relaxed and were enjoying themselves and no one seemed to notice they were pregnant. The few that seemed self-conscious about it are the ones that drew attention toward themselves. So just relax and enjoy.

A young woman calling herself Sunny Day has a website full of stories about her own naturist experiences. Once (see web address below) Sunny and a college friend visited an older married friend, "Ann", when Ann was very pregnant. Ann was completely open about her pregnancy, enough to let Sunny and her friend feel her belly as the unborn child kicked and talk frankly about the experience of being pregnant. Reading that, I was reminded how wonderful and natural pregnancy is. buninkate, you have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

I've seen pregnant women before and 'new' families also.

I must add that I think a pregnant woman is one of the most beautiful things that there is. It can really speak volumes about what "life" is really all about and speaks to our souls as humans (at least most of ours).

Don't be ashamed in any way. If anything be proud. You are a future mother and are carrying in you a life that will be here when we're all gone. If being one with nature is what nudism is about, then surely the form of a pregnant woman would represent that even more so. Celebrate your womanhood and motherhood and don't worry about what others think. If they think like I do, they will celebrate with you.

My wife and I went to a swim, when she was 8 months pregnant. She was treated like a queen.

One little girl that was there wanted to know why her tummy was so big, my wife replied "there is a baby in there" then the little girl said," ooooh can I hold it"

No one stared at her, well one person, in awe, when her stomach started to move and shift around, when the baby started being real active.He was very interested and had a lot of questions.

So, by all means go if you are pregnant. My wife was nude and pregnant, and had a wonderful time!!

the truth is when you are pregnant the only way to dress even slightly comfortable is to be naked. so go and be naked and i hope you are comfortable as well.....

I live at the beach and have plenty of opportunity to see pregnant ladies on the beach. Trust me... . you have nothing to worry about. Pregnant is just as natural and any other situation we encounter. Don't get caught up in the "physical appearance" thing -- just enjoy yourself.

Many women feel sort of embarrassedd by their first pregnancies.....even clothed. A woman, truely, has a glow about her when she is pregnant. Please be assured that you should be proud that you are the bearer of an act of love that will provide another being who will expand your love. Congradulations !

My wife was not pregnant on our first time at a resort, our son was several months old at that point, but she was pregnant with our second child the last time we went to our club. She loved it! She enjoyed the way she looked pregnant and nude. The other ladies were, of course, very polite and had lots of advice to give! Being prenant and nude is very natural and beautiful, no matter what your body shape.
