[Naked In Florida]

Hey for those of you who dont know me my name is Evan and I am a 24yr old guy living in South Florida. I have enjoyed being naked for as long as I can remember. I have also wanted to pose nude for a long time. I dont want to do porn because thats not something a nudist does right? I would model for life art classes but I cant hold a pose for more then 5mins. I have preety weak legs and I am quite unstable on them. But I really want to pose nude and I want alot of people to see me naked. I guess I have a two part question. Is it wrong to enjoy wanting to be seen naked, I dont view it as sexual, just exciting. Does anyone have an opinion on that. And also any advice on how/ where I can pose nude? I would love to maybe somehow work for the INA and help further theirs and ours cause. I need a job, hard to find one considering my condition. Anyone over at INA got a suggestion, maybe I can do a photo shoot nude for them to help the nudist cause. Thanks for your help in advance everyone,

It isn't? A nudist can do anything they want to including porn. Actually, since nudists are already comfortable with nudity they are at ease with showing themselves nude.

I know a few that do livecam porn. Really!

Hi Evan,
Don't let your "partial disability" stand in your way of anything you want to do.
I have never done any posing for art students, but I did take an interesting workshop on the subject last summer at the Eastern Naturists Gathering in Lenox MA. From what I learned at the workshop, it may be possible to model/pose and not have to worry about your weak legs. Lots of poses are done sitting and lying down.
Contact art schools in your area and check if they are looking for models and what their requirements are. Mention your "disability", it may even be a selling point for you. You have something special perhaps, that might challange the artists' skills.
Good luck in your job hunting. There are members of the forum that do nude modeling regularly. I know of one who does it all the time.
Make a call to a school or two. There is no beginning too small.

Thanks and the reason I mentioned porn as a bad thing I would think it would give nudists a bad name wouldnt it? It showcases nudidity as kinda dirty. I would have no problem doing it of course, cause I enjoy it. Thanks

It shows nudity with sex. You are evidently equating sex with "dirty". In the great majority of cases porn is totally unrelated to nudism and doesn't affect it in any way. A few use nudism as a front for porn and that is wrong. However, having said that we should also not paint all porn as harmful to nudism and especially not consider sex as dirty.

Modeling is what you make of it. I had a friend who was a nude model at the local college. He said, as you might expect in a college art class that all his poses were non-sexual and everyone was respectful, but he was having sexual thoughts and became so uncomfortable with it that he stopped modelling. But most nude models don't have his problem.

For most folks, it's all about being immortalized on canvas or sculpture, it's about being in a place where beautiful art is created, and unless the room is too cold, it's comfortable to be nude and it's great to be paid for just being our nude natural selves.

I know of a young lady who was a nude model and she was so completely at ease with her body that she sometimes remained nude after her session and would often sit down on one of the chairs, chatting with one of her buddies who happened to be in that class. There was no flirting about this. She was comfortable in her skin.

The pastor of the Baptist church (where a couple of my friends worshipped) said that his son was also a nude model and it was a very good and positive thing. So I guess it's all about your attitude.

I don't think you are being tempted to do something dirty. I do think you may deep-down feel the need for acceptance by people and are going into modelling for that reason. If that will help you along your path in life, that is fine. Just keep in mind that being accepted for how you look isn't too satisfying in the long run. Most of us really want to be accepted for who we are on the INSIDE.

Hi Evan,
I did part-time nude modelling for art classes for many years and found it both interesting and enjoyable.
As has been suggested, contact your local art groups and colleges etc.
If possible, go and see these people personally, and introduce yourself to the people who are actually making the bookings.
A lot of art models are unreliable, so always carry a business diary with you and put the bookings in your diary in front of the person making the booking, then they know it's locked in and that you will be there as arranged.
I take it you are not currently employed, and that will be to your advantage, because you can accept a booking anytime, day or evening.
There's nothing wrong with enjoying your work, that's an ideal situation.

I dont know the medical reason of Your problem, of course. And the case from case may differ very much. But be sure that most cases, especially with inervation or muscular athrophy ARE solvable with certainly big willing-force and patience. I shall illustrate.

When I was 18 old youngster, I was keen to bicycle adventures. So in the local self-organize tourist club we made a plan to go to Georgia (sorry, not American one, but those neighbour of Armenia at the coast of Black Sea). So after a three day long trip by train those 3500 km was behind and bicycles was screwed together.

One man in our group, he had very strange name (in translations "lively") and surename ("God-plant")- but not about that is story. He had accident about tick bite in the woods. Encefalitic. Those illness was then shortly invented here, seems travelled with ienot-dogs what was introduced from Siberia as scientific damn experiment. At first he was became fully paralysed and two years slept in the hospital, but somehow survived. At the moment of our friendship started, he had only right hand working in quarter force and right leg being capable to support. As a walker he was zero - incapable to go a least one step due the all left side top and bottom was unlive. Left hand looked like a rubber pipe and neck didnt support the head, so head simply felt down as the gravitation tell her. Speech was understandable but with difficulcy. So we start our bicycle trip in the remote mountain area far from the home and any help, but close to the heaven.

He need the group member help to sit on over bicycle, then both legs was tightly strapped to "tooclipses" (pedals), unlive hand elbow was binded with rubber band to the steer, and fingers to the chin be able support head for the road be seen. Right hand made the steering and right foot made a pedaling for both feets.

After a 2000 kilometer journey in wild mountains his left foot became supportive he was capable to make dosen of steps, left hand became strong enough to keep it own weight, and neck was able to stiff for at least one minute long without of help af hand. Then he learned to strap on the bicycle without of help. His own-inquisition he prolongated each day long as sezon allowed.

Next year we journeyed to the Pamir mountains. If Caucasus is only 3000-3500 meters above sea level, Pamir has 4500-5500 high. So near as couple of hundred kilometer afar we saw resting a Jomolungma (Everest). Those trip over the Osha tract was simple breath-cutting. I hopelessly felt then in the love about mountains. In that year he ended with both legs working, neck good and only left hand partially weak. Next year he was strong as a newborn horse, and for his great sorrow his disability pension was cancelled. Those doctors, You know, if wasnt keen for healing, was extra-keen to cancell the social help.

For my sorrow, some ten years later he was beaten on the road by 60 tonn truck. There only what rest from him was a little patch of red moisture and couple of buttons. But all I got from him is strong belief- EVERYTHING You may immagine, you ARE able to realize. Of course, some things demands an enormous great forces. But especially those are the most worth.

My advice - meditate over Your possibilities and start to act - so that sooner or later Your pension be cancelled too. Believe it or not, but it IS worth to gain much more important benefits from the physical vigorouscity. You SHALL overcome disability.

P.S. I think he was "closet nudist". Only then, in my young years I didnt realize the meaning of it.

My nude modeling is why I became a nudist. I'd had very little "exposure" when because of financial needs (I was the starving artist type in college) I decided to sit for a class. I was terrified. This was in San Francisco and the class room was like a theater with tiered seats rising toward the back so every one had a good view of the subject. I undressed in a little cubical off the posing stage and put on a robe.
When I stepped out onto the stage most of the class was in place and all of a sudden I realized I was expected to get NAKED in front of about fifty strangers at least half of whom were female. AgHHHHH!!!!!! So I gritted my teeth to keep them from chattering, and took the plunge into that cold dark water and...it was great. The water was warm (more than I can say for the classroom) and I thought this is great what was I worried about and have been nude and free in spirit and in body whenever possible ever since....

Oh by the way, nude models have rights. If the class room is too cold or the working conditions are not acceptable in other ways, nude models have banded together, gone on strike and demanded decent working conditions.

Woops totally didn't address the original post...Yes, do it. It's great. If you see a lady in the first row who would attract you any other time and place be attracted. Our bodies ARE sensual and sexual it's only when folks become obssesive like most of our society is that healty appreciation becomes perverted. What's sick is the tittering sneaky peeky attitude that Americans thrive on. If you like to look then look. If you like to be naked then be naked. To secretly obsess on something and then publically denounce it is hypocrisy and is sick. Pornographers from the sleaziest low budget to Hugh Mighty Hefner himself are the ones who would loose the most if we let nudity and sex become clean. Denmark chose to totally unregulate pornography years ago and you know what..? 99 percent of that product goes to other countries and Danes don't bother with it. If it's not naughty we don't want it...geez.Rant and rave and so on...sorry.
