Hello everyone. I was just wondering how everyone fared last Friday the 13th. Did anyone have any particular bad luck or have any weird occurences on that day? I look forward to any responses here.

I was working with some pretty rickety old farm machinery, and pulling some very heavily loaded (9,000+ lb. of soybeans) rusty old wagons up a long, steep hill. The thought did cross my mind that day, but everything turned out just fine.Comment

The number 13 is just that, a number. No different than 666. There are numbers less and those more but one can't get to either with out going thru and past these.
We have made a calendar that has daus of the week on it. What if we made months that had only 12 days in them? They are only numbers. Numbers mean things in math resolutions but nowhere else.Comment

Actually, you can "get" to either without "going thru" 13. for the low numbers simply start at 1 (or maybe zero?) and count up. For the higher numbers, start at infinity and count down.
Just wondering, If we have 12 day months and by implication, only 12 months how would we speed up earth's revolution to make things work out solar year wise?
Or would we just start the sequence over? Oh boy! Christmas in may

BTW the difference between 13 and 666 is 653. Or to look at it another way, 666 is 51.230 times as big.
