Young couple (both 27 y.o.) recently moved to State College, PA (she is going for her PhD) into a beautiful 2BR townhouse with large livingroom and kitchen.
We are seeking a quiet, intelligent, laidback, reliable female housemate (aged 22-35). This is a perfect opportunity for a gradstudent, or an artist looking to focus on her art, or someone looking for a change of pace.
State College, PA is home to Penn State University and is a wonderful small town with a built in social life thanks to the university.
We are both writers, quiet and clean, interested in the arts. We rarely wear clothing at home and would be looking for someone who would be comfortable with their own nudity as well as ours.
Rent on the room is $400/month (including utilities) and we are willing to rent on a 6 month basis. For that price you get your own (large) bedroom, a beautiful setting across from a park, a great cook (she's almost gourmet!) and two good friends. Not a bad deal.
