Is it the end for propretary "Mom and Pop" nudist faciities in the United States?

Recently, a number of proprietary, privately owned nudist parks have closed. Three here in New England, one nearby in NY state .... I see Full-Tan expanding, I also see gay or gay-oriented clothing-op campgrounds growing, and the old co-op parks are going strong!

But what will replace them?
