  • I'm proud of me

While at work today, I was talking with a co-worker. She explained how her boyfriend is conservative and she is liberal. I thought to myself "this is the perfect way to bring up nudism". I said to her, "Aren't liberal people nudists". She then said "I walk around naked all of the time". I said, "Wow, that's cool". I then told her that my girlfriend and I have visited nudist resorts in the Tampa area. She was very excited and then I told her that they also have a place to be naked where we live-about 30 minutes away. I told her she should go sometime. She said she definetly would.

We are going to try to go on Sunday but she works. Maybe she will call in or switch her shift.

Anyhow, I finally told someone and it feels great! I didn't think it would be this easy. I think there are alot more nudists out there but are afraid to say anything. Anyone have any stories to share with the forum. I look forward to telling more and bringing more people to the lifestyle.

Hey, NN, that's what's up. Good job on telling your co-worker. I don't like my co workers in my business, so i stay quiet. PM me and let me know when you are going to the lake again. later

I have talked to alot of people about it and they are cool with it, some have even said they spend time at home nude but I have only had 2 people say they would like to go to a nudist resort, one joked that he would like to go with me but if his wife found out he would be in trouble. The other was a girl I work with and she said she had to lose a few pounds. I told her she didnt have to worry about that but she said thats the only way she would go. I have never heard anybody say anything bad about nudity or nudism. It would be nice to meet someone that would be into it like me from around were I live. Oh well, Iam happy if they are. PEACE

It's funny...I have a friend who agreed that she and hew husband would go to a nudist resort/campground type place but that she wouldn't bring her kids. I asked her why and she said it was because there were other adults around. I indicated that there were other children too. She didn't have a good answer. We are currently in debate over this topic. :-)

I always recommend that a couple leave their kids at home the first time. In most places the kids won't encounter any problems. However, the first visit should be just Mom and Dad (or whatever the domestic arrangement is) so THEY can put their minds at ease. If the kids are in tow, they won't relax as much.

So, if he and she go together the first time, they may go back and bring the kids the second time. But do it the first time without the kids -- not for the kids' sake, but for that of the parents!

                      Christian,

I have a niece who was shocked when I told her that the resort where I was going was a family resort. She said, "CHILDREN see that!?"

Christian, It is good that you have encountered some friends willing to go to a nude venue with you. So why make it a debate over the kids? Nudism should be enjoyable. Making it stressful for their first time isn't a good idea. Let them go at THEIR own pace.

if u debate over the kids you'll only scare them away more. After a couple of times of them going and seeing kids there they will understand that the kids will be safer there then with some babysister who hits on them. just let them enjoy going and the kids will show up later.

                            I agree 100%!
When they see kids from other families playing in the pool, having the time of their lives, they won't need any convincing to bring them along for their next visit.

Good going, I talk about my being a nudist all the time...to everyone. You always get some snickers, but you always get that one person who "gets" it. They are the ones who ask the most questions. And I love getting them to open up about their hidden nudism.

My girl friend, who thought my being a nudist was attractive for some reason, started by saying SHE could never go nude in front of people. But little by little she has opened up and the realization that it's normal and healthy, has encouraged her to join me in my life style. Last month at a hotspring in Idaho, she was so comfortable and confident with her self.....now that is sexy.....I've found my "keeper".....and I've fallen in love with her.

Now about kids...non for us I already have one...grown up. But kids at resorts. The funniest thing I saw at the North West TNS Gathering was the kids crying because they had to dress to leave at the end of the weekend. I did the same thing only instead of tears I was *****ing that I couldn't just go home nude. LOL

Yea the kids are OK at resorts
