WNGD is tomorrow. If you do any naked gardening, post here & tell your story.

We naked gardened all week. We will not be able to partake tomorrow so we made up for it by doing our gardening naked last weekend and all this week. Yeah ... we had that much "gardening" to do!

I spent the day at my local club, the Star Ranch at McDade Texas.I brought a shovel with me and dug Bull Nettle plants up while I was doing laundry. Maybe not gardening, but Bull Nettle is a plant you don't want to make contact with.

Unfortunately, was tied up away from the house yesterday doing other yard work. But made minor amends today tidying things up a bit in the sunshine. And I get to do quite a bit out back anyway so We have more of a WNG season here between March and October.

Though WNDG is over, it's almost always NGD at our house. And I just finished a pretty big project to expand a grey water sump and direct the water overflow to a couple of trees I planted to screen out some unsightly power lines. All done in the spirit of the theme, of course. Took about 4 hours to dig the 30 foot French drains, expand the main reservoir and fill with rock. I am beat...

Indeed ... everyday is WNGD at our house! Being fortunate to have a private backyard, there aren't too many days in the year that the Prof isn't out there trimming and clipping something. We have fresh roses and flowers in vases all over the house from bushes in our yard. If she's not outside Naked Gardening ... then we're off the property or it's too cold!

This is one event they cannot cancel due to COVID-19 because it is done individually at your own home.

I'm a bit dubious about naked gardening. There are bugs and poison ivy. On the other hand, pool maintenance should always be naked.

You have the same problem with bugs and poison ivy when you have clothes on, it's really no different.
