Site and Camper for sale

We're in the process of moving to the country and put our site and camper up for sale at WTR.

We'll still be members, but we think that by selling, we can conclude the move debt free. If so, we'll be buying another site there and starting over again after we get settled.

The camper is a '05 and has been stored under a shed for the entire time, since we bought it new. 27' with large slide, golf cart, lease, everything. Some electronics like the LCD TV don't convey with price. But I may sell them also. $32,500. Lease is paid through July.

Wouldn't the person who buys a site in WTR have to already be a member of WTR? Or does WTR allow members to sell their sites to anyone? (Seems that could be a bit of a security risk.)

The person(s) in question would need to be 'vetted' visitors who are being considered for membership or existing members.
But I'm sure that if a 'known' person from another resort, who passed all background checks, wanted to join and buy, it would be possible.
