I saw that Needles was listed at 120 a couple days ago. Go nude or go to an air conditioned movie theater and see Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth".
      Peace,

Here in northeast Texas, all last week we had a good heat wave. Normal temperatures reached 110 to 116 degrees with the the heat index of 118 to 120 degrees. The only thing that really saved us some what was the humidity was low. Today the temperature is a nice 90 degrees.

As you probably know Bart, those temps broke the previous record highs of 112.

The low temperature yesterday was 95!

And yet another record set today... "The temperature in Phoenix [on July 23rd] reached 114 degrees at 1:20 PM. This breaks the old record of 112... which was set in 1906."

Current conditions in Phoenix: 110 degrees, but with the wind chill [12% humidity & 2 mph winds] factored in, it feels like 106 degrees

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has this problem

At night the frogs take over and my backyard and pool becomes a froggie nudist resort. They are noisy partiers but at least they help keep the skeeter population down.

If I happen to catch one I toss `em over the fence into my neighbor's pool

Over in Canyon Country, its the crickets that annoy!

Anyhow, Weather.com had Canyon Country at 118, feels like 129 at about 4pm yesterday afternoon.

Today, its been cloudy, humid, and a really balmy 102 (in comparision).

BTW 3.45am outside nude for a cigarette, temp was still 85 - phew.

Since I work on air conditioners, the high temps have caused a lot of breakdowns, thus keeping me busy. I would love to sit around around the house with nothing on, but there's money to be made.

Once I get in the house after a long days work, the first thing that comes off are the clothes. At least I can enjoy the evening hours. Right now, the temp is 112 in Hanford, CA.

You can take a taste from my open bottle of Final Answer so that 113 degrees will feel like winter in comparison.

Well, there are only a few, but when you're trying to sleep at night in these temperature's, it seems like a thousand.

Naked Gary (above) was correct. I was out there very early Saturday morning. I was able to get a walk around the lake in, talk to some people and spent some time in the pool, but by 11...WHEW! Glad I'm a member and can use the facilities anytime.

                              Thanks!

What you're really saying is that it's time to post a new one, eh?
