Aha!
You know ... I just couldn't quite buy into the "consultant" suggesting office nudity to improve morale. Sounds like an invitation to a harassment lawsuit (yeah, I know the UK isn't quite so lawsuit happy as the US, but still ...).
Then I read what was really going on:The experiment in April was filmed for a one-off TV show Naked Office, which will be screened on Virgin1 on July 9.Comment

If that picture was the real staff, it looks like 2 women are there and neither looks like they have on underwear. I'm confused.Despite some initial reluctance, nearly all the staff took off all their clothes – except for one man, who wore a posing pouch, and one of two female workers, who kept on black underwear.
This would never happen at my current office...or any of my other ones. I guess the USA is just too prudish to do something like this. Or it could be that the office was a more "artsy" or "creative" type of company: design and marketing. My friends who are artsy are more confident in themselves and typically free-er to try new things.Comment

I think something like this could work in the US, but it would have to be a small business where everyone is pretty comfortable with one another. At a large sized business, you run the risk of someone with not so honorable intentions.Comment

What a wonderful idea that would be. Another great idea that would never happen would have a naked Friday at the the local grocery store. I think it would be cool to shop in the nude.
The problem with having naked Fridays anywhere in this country would be all the sexual harrassment lawsuits.Comment
