Sad to hear he is going to get in trouble over this. He didn't seem like a exhibitionist from what I read. I did find it refreshing that the mear act of nude sunbathing in the park wasn't considered breaking the law as long as it is done discretly. Just take precautions not to be too obvious about it. That is a step in the right direction I think.

If nude sunbathing is OK, why was it necessary to charge him with a sex crime for sunbathing while moving? Wouldn't a warning have been sufficient?

It's great that sunbathing is tolerated in this traditional use site. But the mismatch between the 'crime' of nude jogging and the laws used to prosecute it are ridiculous. In many states this man would now be defined as a sex predator, put on Megan's List, and be barred from living near a school - or visiting a nudist resort.
