If anything show 118 is a good example of what most europeans consider the difference between naturism and nudism:
- the first part (the interview with the 2ppl near the falls) is what we would call naturism (being close to nature),
- while the 2nd part (the nude karaoke) is what we would call nudism. [/list]
Maybe for some/many here, there is no difference because in the end it is all about the freedom to wear/not wear what you like irrespective the occasion - and that's fine. But here naturism still has strong roots in the experience of nature, sun, water, open air etc rather than an overly focus on just getting rid of clothes. Most people (including myself) consider nude karaoke a bit on the edge. Did I enjoy the show? Yes, but really only the first part.
