The York woman arrested in June for the second time in a year after a livid neighbor saw her walking naked outside her home while wearing nothing but panties was sentenced to 90 days in jail Thursday after pleading guilty to indecent exposure.

How can she be cited for being naked when she was actually "topless". Aren't panties considered some sort of covering? She definitely had a bad (probably court appointed) lawyer.

She was cited for and plead guilty to "indecent exposure", sounded like a plea deal to me with the prosecution recommending a sentence. I wonder what charge they threatened her with. I think it may have been an attempt by the prosecution to make it sound worse using "naked" and "panties" when in fact she states she was wearing a bathing suit bottom.

I'm not happy with her being referred to as a "nudist" when in fact it was just a lady going topless in her own back yard.
